Come rest and receive the healing tones of 12 crystal bowls, handpan, native flute and other healing instruments as the sunsets over the Sunflower fields of Felix Family Farm. 

Sound healing traces its roots back to ancient civilizations such as Greece, Egypt, and India. The transformative healing power of sound promotes a harmonious environment for the body to heal itself.

Crystal singing bowls are made of pure crystal quartz and when played they produce the most wonderful pure harmonic tones and frequencies that induce altered states of consciousness as they move through every cell of the body. When immersed in these vibrations our awareness expands and we enter a deep meditative state where blocked emotions are released in a profound and positive way.

Your host is Alexandra Freyer (aka EIR). Alexandra has been teaching yoga and meditation for almost two decades and is an herbalist, Sound healer, multi-instrumentalist and recording artist. Allow her to cradle you in the sonic womb of her healing symphony and enjoy the journey.
