Tinctures can be taken in many ways! My favorite way is right under the tongue...hold there for 30 seconds and meditate on the spirit of the plants. Ask them to come to you and speak what they wish to share, heal what they wish to heal. Although the alcohol tinctures may be a bit INTENSE this way, some like that.

You can also drop the tincture in an ounce of water and drink. You can also add to a mocktail, cocktail, morning coffee or tea. There is no wrong way!

All of our products are technically gluten free. Oatstraw can SOMETIMES have some contamination with gluten, so if you are avoiding due to a severe allergy, please avoid products with oatstraw. Our founder is celiacs and drinks oatstraw tea daily and has not had any issues.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

All of our tinctures are custom made and take at least 1 lunar cycle to infuse. Patience makes for beautiful medicine. If an item is out of stock it will usually restock in about 1 month.
