2. Yoga Therapy tools for diving deep into our conscious and conscious mind and body, to reprogram old stories, so we can better move forward in our lives. We dive into Chakra-Healing work with Sound and vocal activation, as we learn to listen to our INNER voice.

3. Archetypal embodiment work & ReWilding Practices, to begin stepping into the new, rooted, empowered version of ourselves. We will work with energies of love and boundaries, abundance, self-love, and relationships, as well as our professional life and sexuality pending where you are diving into most.

4. Awakening our tantric LIFE FORCE (Shakti) and Devotion (Bhakti) in our lives to create an abundance of pleasure and empowerment. We awaken the CREATRIX spirit of our lives.

5. Creating ritual and awaking the MAGICK in the Mundane.

6. Intuition building through deep guided meditation practices to understand our soul’s journey.

7. Manifestation practices tailored to your goals.

(2) 6 Hours (3 month) or 12 Hours (6 Month) of Private 1:1 Virtual Coaching where we will go deep into these practices. These can be recorded by you for viewing and reviewing later on
